Fortunately, the City has expressed an interest in pursuing an early settlement of this case, even though this case involves new titles that have not been previously litigated.
To make progress towards settlement, attorneys have set a deadline of October 25th for any new consent forms to be submitted. Attached is the QR Code that can be circulated for folks to sign up.
If someone has already signed up to be in the case, they do not need to sign up again. All existing Plaintiffs should have already received a letter confirming their participation in the case.
