Attention Local 371 Members: Civil Service Exam Deadline Extended
The Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) has extended the application period for the Benefits Opportunity Specialist and Caseworker civil service exams until December 30, 2024.
These exams are critical for members in provisional positions to secure permanent employment. Both exams are open-competitive (OC) and education and experience (E&E).
If you are currently working as a provisional employee in either title, you must take and pass the exam to maintain your position.
