District Council 37 Executive Director Henry Garrido and the Negotiating Committee are preparing to bargain a new economic agreement with the City of New York. The current 2021-2026 economic agreement — which covers over 90,000 members — expires in November. This new agreement will address the economic needs of our members, including across-the-board wage increases and money available for unit bargaining.
You are receiving this email because you are an eligible member in a title covered by DC 37’s economic agreement with the City of New York. To win the best possible contract, we need to know your priorities to finalize our bargaining demands.

This is the only survey that will be considered in our negotiations for DC 37’s economic contract with the City of New York. The results of this survey will help the DC 37 Negotiating Committee prepare its demands and provide evidence to support them.
Make your voice heard! After the survey closes on Friday, July 3, save the date to join us for a contract rally on Saturday, Sept. 5. Details will be shared later this summer.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To be eligible to vote to ratify the economic agreement, you must be a DC 37 member in good standing. If you are not sure of your union membership status, or if you have questions about the contract bargaining process, reach out to your local president or council representative.
