The SSEU Local 371 Welfare Fund has been informed by it$ Prescription Benefit Manager, Express Scripts, that one of Express Scripts’ contractors, named Berkley Research Group, LLC (“BRG”), had a data incident resulting in unauthorized access to files containing sensitive information of a small number of Welfare Fund members.
Accordingly, any member whose data was exposed due to this incident will shortly receive a notice from BRG describing the incident in detail, how it has responded to it, and what you can do to protect yourself from fraud, including how to enroll in Credit Monitoring, Fraud Consultation and Identity Theft Restoration services at no cost to vou.
