The mailing of ballots will take place on Tuesday, April 4, 2023. The deadline for the reception of ballots is Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. The counting of the ballots will take place Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.
If a member does not receive a ballot by April 11, 2023 they can request a ballot by calling AAA Hotline at 1-800-529-5218 or by emailing Sacha Ulerio at ulerios@adr.org Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
AAA is asking that members not call prior to April 11, 2023 to allow for sufficient postal delivery.
